How a fun Christmas themed game saw partner engagement soar and sign-ups shoot up into the hundreds.

The Brief

Vodafone wanted to find a way to encourage further engagement with its partner portal, ensuring partners understood the full benefits the portal would provide.

The Process

Deciding on a new and exciting way to engage with partners, a game mechanic was soon agreed upon, on the basis it would be fun, highly visual and easy to play. We partnered this with a topical and timely theme – Christmas!

The Execution

As the plan was to encourage usage of the partner Hub, virtual Christmas presents were hidden across a different popular page
each day for nine working days. Each partner was invited to find as many presents as they could, to be in with a chance of
winning of the daily prize. The game was supported with an email communications strategy.
