A look back on 2016

2016 was a great year for us with new ‘onebiters’ joining the team, new clients coming on board and some huge successes with existing clients.

To celebrate how fantastic the year was, here are some of our favourite highlights.

2017 – we’re sure you’re going to be even bigger and better!

New ‘onebiters’

Last year we welcomed seven wonderful new ‘onebiters’. If you haven’t met them already, let us introduce you:

New Business

Jessops

In June we were delighted to add Jessops to our growing client roster.

Working with a research agency we’ve developed a range of six core personas, helped Jessops crystallise their brand purpose, what they stand for, why they’re special and how they fit into the market. We then visually express this externally to customers and internally to their teams.

The result? A standing ovation at the recent Store Manager Christmas conference and a far deeper realisation of why their retail proposition is special.

Twenty-sixteen saw some fantastic results and 2017 has started well.

UCL Centre for the Forensic Sciences

We’re excited to be kicking off the New Year by undertaking the brand development work for UCL’s Centre for the Forensic Sciences.

Client successes

In January the new UCEM website went live and immediately saw some fantastic results. UCEM wanted a brand identity that reflected a forward-thinking online education provider in the Built Environment. The new website resulted in an increased digital presence, increasing applications by an amazing 600% from the same traffic levels.
