Managing Partner, Kiri discusses her predictions for the future of Digital Marketing, as well as telling us her hidden talent…
Did you always want to work in Marketing?
No, I left university with a degree in Modern Languages and genuinely thought I would pursue a career that would utilise them.
Then a friend who worked at one of the network advertising agencies in London got me an interview and the rest, as they say, is history!
If you could predict the future of Digital Marketing, what would it be?
I think the era of impersonal marketing automation is on its way out so a digital way of building new meaningful relationships, at scale, would be a great direction for the industry to head in. I know LinkedIn is working towards this with its Sales Navigator tool, but I think as other platforms catch on and bring their competitive products to market, we could really see this becoming a powerful trend.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A ballerina. No, really – I did. I took lessons from age 3 until I was 18 and was desperate to pursue it as a career. Not that I still dwell on this decades later, or anything…!

I had to ask a colleague to help me with this one. They came up with ambitious, positive and driven. I’ll take that.
