Traditionally, sales relied on traditional methods of sharing hard copy documents, which made accessing and managing critical information difficult.
Stevanato Group needed a digital solution that could present comprehensive product data in a secure and user-friendly environment. This new enablement tool had to cater to a wide range of users.
Security and confidentiality were a top priority, given the sensitive nature of the information shared. The solution needed multi-factor authentication, user-specific content access, and the ability to host it internally on Stevanato Group’s servers to comply with their IT policies.

onebite’s approach focused on creating a centralised, secure digital platform that simplified access to key product information while providing a high level of customisation for different user groups. The goal was to replace traditional materials with an interactive data room that would enhance user experience, and uphold the highest security standards.

The concept for the data room was not only to house confidential information but also to act as a long-term asset that Stevanato Group could continually expand and evolve.
The project began with a content discovery phase to gather and structure all relevant information. Stevanato Group provided onebite with a PowerPoint outline of the desired structure, which acted as the foundation for the wireframe and early designs.
Our developers created the wireframe, focusing on user flow and functionality, ensuring the platform would be intuitive and aligned with the client’s expectations.
During the design phase, we worked closely with Stevanato Group’s internal creative team to refine the user interface while staying within brand guidelines. After design approval, onebite uploaded all content, tested user permissions, and conducted rigorous security checks to ensure the platform was robust and error-free.
Following Stevanato Group’s specific IT and security requirements, the site was developed on a secure environment, on development and production servers that formed part of the client’s existing set up. Multi-factor authentication was implemented for all users of the platform, to protect the content and to ensure that only authorised individuals could access the content.
