Brief
To develop a campaign to maximise digital camera sales through the independent retail channel without affecting their impartiality or materially changing their store appearance.
Result
The first in a series of communications that delivered a 27.6% uplift in sales like-for-like, moving Fuji from 4th to 2nd in the market at a time when the competition were spending heavily ATL. The campaign has also created an infinitely better trading platform from which to maximise retail communication going forward.
